Lent has started and this Sunday is our first Sunday at Lent. This week's scripture is from Luke 4:1-13 that Jesus went to the wilderness. I would like to start our Lent as a journey with Jesus, to walk with Him, to be nearer to Him, and to follow His step. This week anthem is "Seek to serve". Jesus showed how to live in this worldl; not as a master, but as a servant. We humble ourselves, rap His love around us to serve people, and serve God. This anthem is our prayer.
Seek to Serve
May I live in the world as one who always seeks to serve. May I live as one who knows the love of God.
Lord, teach me how to live and how to serve. With my ears may I hear. With my eyes may I see.
With my lips may I speak. May your Word be heard through me.
Thus as I live each day may love sustian the will to serve. Amen, Amen.
